| Clients may return merchandise to a SLSTOP store. The SLSTOP store address is reflected in the invoice. All costs associated with goods return will be incurred by SLSTOP. Please call SLSTOP customer care before you initiate a return. All return goods should be in original condition (for non-perishable goods) and include all accessories, additions. You will receive a credit for your purchase only if it meets the criteria above. We do not offer merchandise exchanges. SLSTOP offer photo printing services with leading printers in Sri Lanka. SLSTOP together with printers will print photos in acceptable quality. Photo prints can be returned to SLSTOP store if the print quality is lower than acceptable level and not delivered to the client on time. |
