SLSTOP.COM is an Internet based shopping cart application for sending various gifts and food items to loved ones living in Sri Lanka. SLSTOP.COM offer wide range of gift items and food items from leading merchants and restaurants in Sri Lanka.

From where are the items bought?

All the items which are offered by SLSTOP.COM are bought from the best sources in Sri Lanka which have been renowned for their quality for years. The sources of the products are mentioned under each product offered in SLSTOP.COM.

How are the items delivered?

SLSTOP.COM has dedicated professional delivery teams where they deliver all items in original accepted quality. Perishable items like Flowers and Cakes are purchased and delivered only in the cities specified in SLSTOP.COM site. Gift Vouchers are delivered to anywhere in Sri Lanka.

Can the recipient send me a return message?

Yes, the recipient can send a return message. All recipients messages are scanned and emailed to sender with the delivery confirmation.

I do the order, what happens then? How does the process go?

As soon as you do the order successfully, a message is sent to SLSTOP.COM customer support team. All orders for a particular day will be processed by 8.30 AM IST. In an event where the recipient is not available, SLSTOP.COM will inform the sender and will reschedule the delivery accordingly.

How do I use SLSTOP.COM's shopping cart?

Search for the items you want to buy. Click "Buy It Now" for each item you want to buy. If you want to buy more than one unit of an item, input the desired quantity in the "Qty" field and click "Update Cart". If you need to shop for more items, click "Continue Shopping". After you've added all items you want to purchase to your shopping cart, click "Check Out" and follow the onscreen instructions.

Does SLSTOP.COM sell or release my personal information?

Does SLSTOP.COM accept phone, fax, email, chat or mail orders?

Yes. You may place an order by calling (+94) 112368849. For security purposes we cannot accept orders through email, chat and fax.
